Sustainable, stable, and cost-optimized operation of power grids must be the main objectives grid operators electric utilities. The energy transition towards a preponderant green economy requires innovative solutions to enhance economic dispatches looking for better allocation demand among diverse renewable fossil fuel plants. Green systems preferred over generators when they are available. However, plants still required kept operational due variability uncertainty This study proposes hybrid rational dispatch model that combines cost minimization linear enhanced with fuzzy logic system decision-making on wind hydropower minimum maximum generation levels. considers intermittency recognizes strategic value as storage. results real data taken from wind, hydroelectric, geothermal, nuclear, bioenergy, in eastern region Mexico show fairer, rational, can achieved proposed approach.
